McFall and Berry is currently seeking landscape foreman for positions available in VA, DC and Maryland. Supervisors/Foremen will be responsible for overseeing crews that perform maintenance services and landscape projects.

This position requires effective communication to crewman and their immediate supervisors. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to follow directions is recommended. Overall knowledge of safe operations and performance of all equipment needed. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required as well as knowledge of safe driving practices and DOT compliance laws required. Ability and willingness to learn all aspects of landscape operations is encouraged. Prior experience in the landscaping industry and local market is preferred but not required.

Basic responsibilities include by not limited to, crew supervision, basic equipment maintenance, performing contracted maintenance and horticultural services, planting and other landscape related operations.

McFall and Berry is currently seeking Area Managers for positions available in VA, DC and Maryland. Area Managers would be responsible in assisting the Branch Managers and their daily operations. This would include assistance in overseeing landscape maintenance crews that provide contracted services for a maintenance portfolio.

Candidate must be well organized and able to pay attention to detail. Effective communication skills, knowledge of horticultural practices, knowledge of turf/insect controls and plant material identification is essential. Prior experience in the landscaping industry and local market is preferred but not required.

Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring customer satisfaction, safeguarding the delivery of quality services while adhering to revenue goals, employee training and development, profitability, and assistance in the contract renewal process through effective management & coordination of personnel, equipment & facility resources.

McFall and Berry is currently seeking A Branch Managers for positions available in Virginia, Maryland and DC. Branch Managers are responsible for the overall management and coordination of operations at each of our shop locations.

Applicant must be able to effectively communicate with clients to develop and retain client relationships through quality controls methods, Candidate would be responsible but not limited to the creation of business leads, estimating new contract opportunities as well as managing existing customer base. Daily responsibilities would include overseeing and managing employee development, providing leadership through effective communication, implementing and supporting operational efficiencies, client retention and managing financial goals set forth by the company.
